In what resolution do you scan photos?

For clear and quality digital memories, we scan photos at 600 DPI.

Will you enhance the photos when digitizing?

Our team will automatically adjust the brightness, saturation, contrast, and red-eye. Scanned photos delivered as JPEG files.

What is the largest size photo you can scan?

We’ll scan anything up to 9 inches by 12 inches.

Can I arrange my photos into separate folders or groups for scanning?

Yes, you can group your photos in ways that makes sense to you, and we will create separate digital folders on the USB named as you instruct. For example, family groups, groups by date, groups by event, etc.

Will I get my photos back?

Yes, you get your photos back in the same condition we received them.

Do you archive my photo scans?

Yes, we keep an archive of your images for 2 months. This is for your protection and convenience in case you want additional copies of your transfer at a later date, or in the unlikely event that your USB does not work properly.

Do you scan photos from my photo albums?

No, all photos must be loosely stacked when sent to us. You can send or bring them in ziplock bags, envelopes, plastic bins, or banded together.
